We want all our guests to enjoy themselves
as much as possible. Please read the following
so as to avoid any discontent.

Jensen’s on the Gulf is A NON-SMOKING RESORT. No smoking is allowed in any of our accommodations—this includes any
adjoining porches. We provide a smoke free environment for our guests and want to make sure you will not be inconvenienced by this policy.

We also are very sorry, we DO NOT ALLOW PETS on our resort property (no matter what size).

To protect the quality of all our guests staying at Jensen’s “On the Gulf” ONLY REGISTERED GUESTS ARE ALLOWED ON RESORT PROPERTY. If you plan on having visitors they will have to check in as guests of the resort, so please make arrangements
in advance to make certain there is availability for your guests.

We do not interrupt your stay with daily linen or maid service. We provide 2 sets of towels per guest and 1 set of sheets per bed. Laundry facilities are available on the ground floor of the Jensen Building. The Jensen House, Beach Nest & Beach Retreat have their own W/D.

Parking is very limited—our Gulf & Garden View Suites include 1- parking space each.
Our Beach Homes & Cottages include up to 2 -parking spaces.

Deposits will be refunded if written notice given 30 days in advance. Longer stays or multiple bookings may require more notice. A $25 service fee will be deducted from any refund. Reservations made less than 30 days before arrival date are non-refundable. All prices subject to sales tax. Prices subject to change without notice.
